Cancellation & Refund Policy

At UzviecoStore, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering skincare products that are safe, effective, and free from harmful chemicals. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@uzviecostore.com or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order details.

After Shipping:
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still be eligible to request a return or refund (see below).


2. Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Important: To claim for damaged products, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time. This helps us verify and process your claim faster.

To request a return:

  • Email us at support@uzviecostore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images or videos of the product.

  • All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • If payment was made online: Refund will be made to the original payment method.

  • If the order was prepaid but not shipped (cancelled early): Full refund will be issued within 2–5 working days.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Orders cancelled after shipping


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Free samples or promotional gifts

  • Items without original packaging


5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. In case of eligible issues, you may return the product (if applicable) and place a new order.
