We currently deliver across most regions in India. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or high demand may impact shipping timelines. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days from the shipping date, please contact us for assistance.

6. Incorrect Address and Non-Delivery
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. UzviecoStore is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In case of returned or undelivered packages due to such reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your package is damaged in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please report it to us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, based on the outcome.
